We’re looking for a Plant Controller who thrives in manufacturing, inspires teams, and drives performance.

The Role

As Plant Controller, you’ll be the financial leader of the facility —guiding the accounting team, partnering with plant leadership, and ensuring performance and profitability. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves both numbers and people.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee payroll, AP, cost accounting, budgets, forecasting, and month-end close.
• Partner with operations to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Safeguard plant assets and maintain strong controls.
• Provide insights to guide capital projects and strategic decisions.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of finance/accounting experience , including 5+ years in manufacturing
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
• Proven success building and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong cost accounting and ERP experience.
