Talent Development Manager
Permanent/Direct Hire
$100-120k plus bonus depending on experience
Must Haves:
*10+ years of HR/Learning and Development experience
*Experience designing and delivering onboarding, performance management, and talent development programs
*Comfortable with 15-20% domestic travel
Job Overview :
Act as the sole training/L&D specialist for a stable, growing organization. This hire will handle both developing and delivering trainings to new and established employees across multiple sites. Opportunity to build out a program for the organization to upskill, engage, and retain talent. Will own the L&D function with minimal oversight. This hire will need to interact with vendors, plan training calendar, and measure effectiveness of programs. Additional responsibilities include coaching managers, develop career pathing frameworks, internal mobility, and development plans.
